1. General Policy
All sales are final except where required by law or where Trinity Systems verifies that a purchased key is invalid or non-functional and the issue cannot be resolved by support.
2. Invalid Keys
If you receive a license key that does not work, contact our support team through Discord with your Order ID. We will investigate and provide a resolution.
3. Chargebacks
Chargeback fraud is a violation of our terms and will result in immediate termination of access and legal action where applicable.
