How licensing, hosting, data delivery, two-factor authentication, and server binding work.
Which option is one-time?
One Complete is $79 one-time for all four main modules on one server. Individual modules and data-heavy add-ons are monthly.
Do I receive a separate bot?
No. One is a shared hosted service. You add the One application to your server and choose its server nickname during activation.
Where do my records go without Cloud History?
Paid modules send their transcripts, cases, logs, leaderboards, and reports to the Discord channels you configure. One retains only the bounded operational state it needs to run safely.
What does Cloud History add?
For $5 per month, it adds searchable dashboard history, exports, and recovery-oriented records for 90 days, subject to a 250 MiB compressed archive cap per server.
What is Security Intelligence?
It is a $25 per month, consent-based risk module using tenant-scoped keyed device IDs and coarse metadata. Customer servers never receive raw IP addresses or the owner server's private security profiles.
Why is two-factor authentication required?
The dashboard can change real moderation, ticket, and automation behavior. Two-factor authentication protects those paid controls even if a Discord login session is compromised.
Can I move a key to another server?
Keys are normally bound to the server selected at activation. Exceptional transfers require a platform-owner support review and an auditable reason.
