Permitted use
Use TRINITY to operate Discord communities you own or are authorized to manage. Configure reasonable moderation, tickets, voice rooms, logging, and automations that comply with Discord's rules and applicable law. Tell your members about material data processing where required.
Prohibited conduct
- Trying to extract, reveal, buy, sell, or misuse bot tokens, OAuth credentials, license keys, recovery codes, infrastructure secrets, or private security data.
- Bypassing licensing, 2FA, rate limits, tenant permissions, moderation hierarchy, suspension, monitoring, or storage controls.
- Attacking APIs, flooding Discord or TRINITY infrastructure, abusing webhooks, creating recursive automations, or intentionally causing duplicate processing.
- Reverse engineering protected systems, impersonating TRINITY, reselling an entitlement, or representing one key as valid for multiple servers.
- Using the service for unlawful harassment, stalking, credential theft, malware, doxxing, unauthorized surveillance, evasion, or other harmful activity.
Security Intelligence restrictions
You may not hide or misrepresent the consent page, collect signals from members who have not affirmatively agreed, use identifiers to stalk or harass someone, attempt to recover raw network addresses, combine tenant-scoped identifiers across servers, or publish device and risk information. Access must remain limited to the server owner and explicitly appointed Security Reviewers.
Enforcement
Detected tampering immediately suspends the affected server pending review. We preserve relevant evidence and audit records, restrict paid effects safely, and provide an evidence-safe support reference. Confirmed serious or repeated violations may permanently terminate the entitlement without refund, subject to law. Unproven allegations are not treated as confirmed violations.
Reporting
Report a suspected vulnerability privately through official support. Do not exploit it, access another tenant, retain discovered secrets, or publish sensitive details before TRINITY can investigate and contain the issue.
