1. The service
TRINITY is a hosted Discord automation and management service. Individual feature modules are monthly subscriptions for one Discord server. TRINITY Complete is a $79 one-time license that unlocks all four main modules for one server for the operational lifetime of the service. Cloud History and Security Intelligence are optional monthly services. No purchase transfers ownership of TRINITY, its source code, infrastructure, accounts, credentials, or intellectual property.
2. License binding
Each key is single-use and must be activated on this website. Activation permanently binds the entitlement to the selected Discord server unless a platform owner approves an exceptional transfer after support review. Keys and entitlements may not be resold, sublicensed, shared across servers, reverse engineered, or used to bypass activation.
3. Account security and 2FA
You must control the Discord account and server you select. Paid dashboard access requires TRINITY TOTP or a one-time recovery code. You are responsible for securing your Discord account, authenticator, recovery codes, devices, and authorized staff. Suspected compromise must be reported promptly.
4. Configuration and Discord permissions
You are responsible for reviewing configured channels, roles, automated actions, and Discord permissions. TRINITY validates authority and hierarchy where possible, but cannot correct every customer-side permission conflict or Discord outage. You must test material changes before relying on them for community operations.
5. Billing, records, and add-ons
Monthly products remain active through the paid billing period and may be cancelled at period end. Enabled modules deliver customer-facing transcripts, cases, leaderboards, reports, and logs into configured Discord channels. TRINITY retains the minimum private operational state required to provide safe, reliable behavior. Cloud History adds searchable detailed records for a rolling 90-day window, subject to a 250 MiB compressed archive cap per server, along with bounded aggregates and export tools. Security Intelligence is governed by its consent, access, and retention restrictions in the Privacy Policy.
6. Service control and availability
TRINITY may pause, update, restart, maintain, migrate, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the service when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, Discord platform compliance, infrastructure changes, incident response, abuse prevention, or sustainable operation. One-time pricing does not guarantee that Discord, Azure, Vercel, or another third-party platform will remain available forever. We aim to recover safely and communicate material incidents, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
7. Suspension and termination
Detected tampering or licensing interference immediately suspends the affected server pending evidence and audit review. During suspension, paid commands and configuration mutations may be disabled, the dashboard may become limited or read-only, and scheduled effects may stop safely. Confirmed attacks, credential extraction, licensing or 2FA bypass, reverse engineering of protected systems, monitoring interference, permission evasion, resale, or repeated material abuse may result in permanent termination without refund, subject to applicable law. An unsupported accusation alone is not established misconduct.
8. Support and changes
Support may request a Discord user ID, server ID, display-safe license prefix, timestamps, and visible error IDs. Never send plaintext keys or authentication secrets. Features and policies may change to preserve safety, compatibility, or service quality. Material policy acceptance is versioned and recorded.
9. Liability and mandatory rights
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRINITY is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability and is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss caused by customer configuration, unauthorized account access, Discord decisions, or third-party outages. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
