Monthly subscriptions
Monthly modules and add-ons may be cancelled before renewal. Cancellation stops the next charge and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Partial-month refunds are not ordinarily provided after access has begun.
Unused one-time keys
An unused TRINITY Complete key may be considered for a refund request made within seven calendar days of purchase. Approval depends on confirming that the key was not activated, transferred, resold, disclosed, or consumed.
Activated one-time licenses are ordinarily final
Activation is an irreversible provisioning action that binds TRINITY Complete to the selected Discord server. Once activated, the one-time purchase is ordinarily final and non-refundable.
Limited exceptions
An exception may be approved only when TRINITY can objectively confirm a duplicate payment or a material TRINITY-side activation failure that support cannot correct within seven calendar days. The customer must provide the order reference, display-safe license prefix, affected server ID, relevant timestamps, visible error IDs, and reasonably requested evidence so the report can be compared with TRINITY audit and service records.
What does not qualify
Unsupported or unverifiable allegations alone do not establish eligibility. Buyer configuration errors, missing Discord permissions, Discord or third-party outages, buyer's remorse, customer removal of the bot, misuse, suspension for policy violations, lost account or recovery credentials, and failure to use included features are not TRINITY-side activation failures.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that applicable law says cannot be waived.
